DUDE!! It's Feb already..how in the heck is time flying by so quick...well big news...I am back with Rich...we were only broken up for 4-5 days lol..I realize he is a good man and I had to let go of my fear. Fear of getting hurt again...I'm the one who's always saying love is risk. So this time I am giving it my all. Love is a risk.  Since we've been back together, things have been different. In a very good way...I feel more like myself when I am with him. Now I know that no relationship is perfect. Things aren't always going to be rainbows and sunshine. But I willing to go through with it in the name of love.

We went to Cali this past weekend..I had the time of my life. It was awesome, everything was great!!
God is good.

Day 51.

Well..well..well..things are going great. I love when unexpected turn of events occur..and I am talking about the good kind..I'll just keep crossing my fingers though.

Valentine's Day was cool this year. We didn't do much. I roasted a chicken,kinda. Potatoes and rice as sides. I bought Bob a watch to add to his new collection/obssession. He is know buying watches left and right lol. I also just ordered him this really nice watch holder from amazon but it hasn't arrived yet.  Oh and guess what he got me..A PRINTER!!Haha...Sounds lame but I really needed it. I  also ended up buying me a new MK purse that I am deeply in love with. We ended the night and next morning very happy ;) hehehe...

Oh also V-day morning, I had a quick photo session with Cris. Here's a few photos:

Work has kept me busy, but that's nothing new. I still have 2 listings I need to sell asap. Right at this moment, I don't really understand the market. Now that tax season is here, I am hoping these 2 will sell fast! I dislike when I don't have control over something like this. I just want to make sure my clients are happy and satisfy with my work maaan! I'll keep pushing for good things to happen, not gonna give up.

I started vlogging here and there but it's harder than I thought..and I feel like it's really boring lol. But what I'll do is vlog through the weekend and hopefully have the video edited by Sunday to upload.

Day 47.Long overdue.

So here goes my long overdue update of my life.
Since the beginning of the month life has been super busy. Ever day I have been getting home til about 8pm either showing homes or meeting with clients.
Here's a few pics of what happen to me in between work:

There ya go..pictures speak louder than words. I have been working my butt off trying to make deals happen. Unfortunately, there have been some negatives but I also just got 2 offers accepted so that's good news :)
I know things will only get better. I am currently organizing my 'creative space' aka office. I am trying to keep it as simple as possible but with a touch of sparklness (pretty sure that's not a word) lol.
Now that my schedule has changed, I can definitely say working out is in my near future. Also, I may be vlogging more ;) Excited!!!!!!!

DAY 19. & Too much information.

Hello there.

It's me! Remember me? Well it has been an eventful week/end.

Let's start off with last Thursday. I wanted to write a review for Rachel's Kitchen and I didn't have time. All I can say is that it's good food. It tasted very healthy and delicious. I will def. try again. Here's what I got:

I got home Thursday and made the chicken mole I had promise my amiga. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pics of the process :( It was late Thursday and I just wanted to finish. I gotta say, it wasn't exactly how I wanted it to turn out but it wasn't bad. I made white rice with it and ate it for lunch with my amiga on Friday. She liked it so that's all that matters really. Oh! She also announced that she got into the nursing program! So extremely proud of her and excited for her new journey!

On Saturday, I finally decided to go to the dentist. I've had this molar pain which we thought it was just a cavity. Turns out it was my wisdom tooth which did have a cavity. I didn't know my wisdom teeth came out! I ended up extracting both my top wisdom molars. I was a nervous wreck, especially being alone there. But it wasn't tooo bad, what suck the most was waiting forever. I got there at 10:30am and didn't leave til about 1. I wanted it to be over with. Here is a pic of my teeth. Not sure if I will remove my bottom wisdom teeth yet. No pain so I may not. I have a few cavity's I need to have filled so I am going back Feb 7 for that. Here's a pic of my teeth. Yesterday was fun. In the morning my mom, brother and I went over to my dad's apartment to have lunch. He made caldo de res. It was a bit hard for me to eat but I did it. Later that day, I went over Robert's parents house to watch the Colts & Patriots game. So its the Seahawks & Pats! I hope it'll be a fun and great game. I kinda want the Pat's to beat the Hawks, just because the Hawk's won last year. But if Seattle wins, I will happy too since they're reppin' the west coast :) Not sure what the plans are for Feb 1 but I am sure it will be filled with junk food ha.

Anyway. I am proud of myself for waking up at 5:45AM all last week and working out for 45 mins. This week, I gotta take it a bit slow because of my wisdom extraction but I will still be working out as much as I can.

Today,  is MLK Day. Lot's of places are closed but I am catching up on real estate work. I got to go to the office in a bit and also meeting up with a seller. I may have to meet up with a buyer since we plan on closing this week. I also am planning an open house for this Saturday so I have to get ready for that. I am doing announcements and flyers.

I think that's it for today. Like I said in the title, too much information and catching up.

Day 4.

So today started off lazy as heck. Robert watched 6 episodes of Nikita last night while I was sleeping. And of course I just had to catch up to him today. I watched all 6 episodes and now we're both on season 4! THE LAST SEASON EVER!! I honestly have never watched a tv show that gave me a headache..... caused by the suspense of each episode. My head wanted to explode a couple of times but I couldn't stop watching! I actually had mix feelings about this show today. I mean it's a good show but it seems like the story line keeps repeating itself. Get rid of Amanda already! I hate evil beeotches.  Ugh.

I had the left over pancakes for breakfast oh and also ate babes leftovers as well :) I am such a fatty! Oh well.

I cleaned the bathroom while watching the Cowboy/Lions game. No comment on that. Then I made myself taquitos (which sucked) and watched the original TMNT movie on Netflix. That movie is 1000093204093 times better than the one with Megan Fox. I took a little 20 minute nap somewhere in the  middle of it though. After, I turned the tv off and answered emails, did a bit of marketing for my current listings and updated a few files. I also just bought www.theparadisequeen.com YAY!! and it was only $4!!! YAAAY! I am still working on getting it redirected to here. Should happen in the next couple of days :)

Babe just got home. I predict junk food for late dinner while we watch Total Divas!!! Yup. I am sure that's happening.

I do plan on going to bed by 11PM. I really want to start waking up at 6AM again and do my whole work out routine before work. Let's see how it goes. Monday's are so tough!

Day 3.

I was trying to blog yesterday but I spent the whole night trying to update this blog, come up with a cute name and figure out what the game plan is for this baby. So I present to you THE PARADISE QUEEN!!

So why the name? Well because I like it! No but really, I HAD to include Queen in the name somehow. And paradise well..paradise means a lot to me. Paradise is what I aim to live in, not only physically but mentally and emotionally. To me paradise is a place of tranquility, dreams, and bliss. That's exactly what I want to bring to this blog even though I know there will be times of darkness, at the end of the day I want to be in paradise. Paradise is also the name of a Coldplay song that reminds me of the times I started dating my love. Every time that song came on and we were together life just felt perfect. Anyway that's that. I'm keeping it. ;)

 

Today was a fun easy going day... Woke up around 9, got ready and headed out for a showing appointment at 10:30. Came home around 1 and babe was still sleeping. He woke up shortly after and we ordered pancakes from IHOP.

We watched the panthers vs cardinals game, picked up jack in the box and then watched the steelers vs ravens. Happy panthers won,sad steelers lost.

 

We just got back from the corner store...bought chips and drinks. Now we're chilling in bed watching Jack Ryan movie on netflix.

 

No plans for tomorrow as of yet. Babe wasn't suppose to work but he got called so it'll just be me.

 

I still have to upload nye photos! Maybe I'll do that tomorrow!

OMG I got a iMac

So like, I always said the day I get an iMac is the day I won't have an excuse to my blog! lol
We'll we got an iMac this weekend and here I am blogging.

A few things have changed since my last entry. I am working a temp job Mon-Fri. We got another doggy, name Rex. He is a havanese/maltese mix. We also bought another car, a 2003 mustang for the bae. I closed 3 deals in the past month and a half. Christmas is right around the corner. Oh and we also renewed our lease for 6 more months.

My plans for next year so farare, first off invest in a house. Pay off half my car (that's $12K). Lose 30 pounds, to weight 130ish. You do the math. I am overweight for my height :(

I think that's all the updates I can think of for today.

Until tomorrow maybe...
